🐾 Personality: Clyde is social, affectionate, and eager to make new friends—both human and canine. He is a sweet boy who thrives off making his people happy. He loves nothing more than pats & belly scratches from anyone who will offer them. He needs plenty of toys to chew & keep him entertained, he loves running around with them & throwing them in the air. He loves going for car rides & trips to the beach. He knows when it's time to settle & at the end of the day he loves to curl up on his bed near you for pats. He is fine when left in the yard with his furry foster sibling for long periods, only barking when neighbourhood dogs start to bark.
🎓 Training: Clyde is a clever boy who knows how to sit, drop & wait for his food. He is housetrained & sleeps all through the night in his crate. He is working on his loose lead walking & learning his manners such as not jumping up to greet people when they come into the house or jumping up on the couch - he responds well to redirection. He has great recall and is an overall good boy who has settled into foster care with ease.
🏠 Perfect Home: Clyde loves his people and would suit a home with someone who has the time to spend with him & can include him in their everyday lives. He would do well in a home with another dog to show him the ropes & be a play companion. He is looking for a home dedicated to continue his ongoing exercise, training & socialisation. He enjoys at least 1 good walk every day to get his energy out, some training & play at home and then is happy to spend the rest of the day chilling out, chewing his toys & following you around the house to keep you company. At the end of the day he loves to curl up on his bed near you for pats.
Love & licks!
