Titch has a few favorite activities that he absolutely adores. He loves going for walks and sniffing around to catch up on the “daily news” of the neighborhood. Whether it’s cuddling on your lap or simply sleeping next to you while you work, Titch enjoys being close to his human companions.
Interaction with Humans
Titch is a little sweetheart who, once he gets to know you, will become your devoted shadow. He is cautious around new people and may take some time to warm up and feel comfortable in his new home. We are seeking a quiet and loving home for this little fella, one that won’t overwhelm him and will allow him to thrive.
Obedience and Training
Although Titch is still a pup and requires a bit of training, he is very easy to manage due to his small size. He is polite within the home and can be easily directed to his bed for sleeping. Titch walks well on a leash, making him a pleasant companion for daily strolls.
Social Skills with Other Animals
Titch can feel a bit overwhelmed around other dogs and would much prefer to be the only dog in the household. He has met a number of dogs but generally prefers not to engage with them, as he finds most other dogs to be much bigger than him causing him to feel a little outside his comfort zone so for this reason we will be seeking an only dog home
Independence
Titch is quite independent when it comes to sleeping and can spend time alone during the day without any issues. He is not destructive but does have a habit of taking shoes to his bed, so you might want to keep an eye on your footwear!
Diet and Food Preferences
Titch is currently being fed high-quality puppy food and enjoys chicken and other doggy treats. Maintaining a balanced diet is important for his health and well-being.

Hygiene and Grooming
Titch has an easy-to-care-for coat and only has occasional accidents inside. He does well if taken out and toileted regularly, making him relatively low-maintenance in terms of hygiene.
Sleeping Habits
Titch sleeps well in his bed throughout the night, ensuring that both you and he get a good night’s rest.
Car Travel
Titch travels well in the car and is usually transported in a crate for safety. This makes him a great companion for road trips and errands.
Exercise Needs
Titch loves his daily walks and happily trots along, sniffing everything in sight. He walks once or twice a day and is great company for anyone who enjoys a leisurely stroll.
Behavior Inside the Home
Titch is well-behaved inside the home and likes to be around his people. He definitely needs to be included in the family environment and is not suited to be an outside dog.
Titch has been desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped. He also had a hernia repaired, which was present when he came into rescue. He is now in good health and ready for his forever home.
Ideal Home
Titch would thrive in a quiet home with patient and kind owners who will allow him time to settle and feel comfortable. A secure home that can contain a small dog is essential. Ideally, Titch would be the only dog in the household, allowing him to receive all the love and attention he deserves.
