ADOPTION GUIDELINES
REQUIRES ONGOING TRAINING AND SOCIALISATION

Whiskey is a lovely pup that loves people and gets on mostly with other dogs. She will bond strongly with one person though. Loves a snuggle and just to be in her human's presence. She has been with a foster family who had two older active working breed dogs. She is starting to show some typical cattle dog traits: setting to watch the action and developing a game plan. As typical of the breed she will be very loyal to her family and wary of strangers coming onto her property. She will need ongoing socialisation to help her relax in her environment.

Whiskey can sit and will stay in a yard when asked. She also walks on a lead well. She will benefit from puppy classes with loose lead training. Her recall is a work in progress. While she has started with her house training during foster care, she will need this continued.

Whiskey is used to sleeping in her own room. She also is used to morning walks that can be up to 2 klm.

She is a joyous pup and will make a wonderful and loyal companion.

The adoption fee for WHISKEY is $550.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
