About Ginger
*Currently in foster care in North Parramatta, Sydney*
Ginger is a beautiful calico kitten with captivating eyes! As a baby she was rescued from an animal holding cell alongside her sister Peaches, and though initially shy, she's become a total snuggle bug :)
In the mornings you'll find her cuddled up on your chest or next you on the pillow, and you'll wonder if her massive purr is what woke you up!
When Ginger isn’t loving on her human, she's running wild after her favourite toy, the laser beam! This energetic girl especially adores a good pre-dinner romp, before climbing her tower afterwards to take a nap or getting cosy beside you on the couch armrest.
She sometimes gets evening zoomies too, crawling under the bed and scooting around on her back grabbing the bottom of the mattress. She'll then slide out, big-eyed and belly up, ready to playfully pounce at her human!
Like all Maggie's pets, Ginger is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... would be with another cat or two or even more!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm definitely a zoomy queen when the toys are out - but I quickly become a big smoocher when they're put away!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I've not spent any time with kids, I do love head boops and cuddles so I'm pretty sure they're my kind of people :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love cats so much! I'm constantly getting up to mischief with my sister Peaches and the resident cat in my foster home.
I have yet to meet a dog at this stage, but I strongly feel I'd get along well with a nice one.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
