About Scar
Meet Scar, a charming and gentle tabby who will instantly steal your heart. With his luxurious long fur and adorable white socks, Scar is a strikingly handsome boy whose looks are only matched by his sweet personality. Despite his initial shyness, he quickly warms up to kind-hearted souls who understand his need for a little extra reassurance.
Scar is a bit of a contradiction in the best possible way – he can be a cranky cuddler who still craves affection. Once he's comfortable, his unique way of smooching for cuddles will have you laughing and loving him even more. Attention is his love language, and he thrives in an environment where he can soak up all the love and playtime you can offer.
One of Scar's favorite activities is playing with kids, making him a wonderful companion for a family. Whether it's chasing a toy or engaging in a game of hide-and-seek, Scar's playful spirit shines through. When he's had his fill of fun, he's more than happy to settle down for a snuggle session, purring contentedly as he basks in your affection.
If you're looking for a feline friend who is both playful and affectionate, Scar is your perfect match. His shy but loving nature will win you over, and his need for attention and cuddles will make every day brighter. Bring Scar into your home, and you'll gain a loyal companion whose quirky ways will bring endless joy to your life.

Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website https://radarescue.org/adoption
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within two weeks of the adoption.
