Meet Gizmo: A Special French Bulldog Mix Seeking His Forever Family

Gizmo’s journey to finding his forever home has been nothing short of extraordinary. Rescued from the bush along with several other dogs, this brave little soul has made remarkable progress and is now ready for a loving family to help him continue to flourish.

Gizmo is a gentle and sweet-natured pup with a touch of cheekiness that makes him all the more endearing. Although he may not warm up to you right away, he’s a true friend to other dogs and thrives in their company. It's essential that Gizmo has a canine companion in his new home, as having a dog buddy helps him feel secure and happy.

This charming boy is still learning about the world around him. While he’s not quite ready for leash walks, he enjoys exploring from the comfort of a doggy pram. Gizmo is becoming quite adept at settling into his crate at bedtime and spends his days pottering around the house, taking everything in at his own pace.

Gizmo gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and is also friendly with cats, making him a versatile addition to a multi-pet household.

MY IDEAL HOME: His ideal home would be with a patient and understanding family who can provide him with the time and space he needs to come out of his shell and truly shine. A family with a bit of dog experience is best and who will embrace the journey, as Gizmo continues to build confidence at his own pace. It is essential that his new family have an existing dog that he can bond with.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Gizmo is not a high energy dog, currently he's not quite brave enough to walk on leash so his exercise is restricted to fun times at home.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Gizmo is incredibly gentle but very shy so kids 10 and up are best.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Both! He is incredibly friendly with dogs and thrives in their company. He is currently living with cats and is curious and very respectful.
