Rosie’s story mirrors this sad reality. Once a racehorse, Rosie later became a broodmare, isolated and used for breeding. When she was no longer needed, she was abandoned along with 20 other horses. Thankfully, Rosie’s life took a turn for the better when a kind soul rescued her, providing a nurturing environment where she began to trust humans again.

Rosie’s journey is one of resilience and strength. Her past has made her cautious and reserved, wary of human touch due to a lack of love and care. Her current family, facing a property sale and relocation, reached out to find Rosie a loving home where she could continue to grow in trust and affection.
