About Clara and Theo
We at Home2Home believe everyone deserves the joy that cat guardianship brings! We love seeing wonderful cats matched with loving adopters, and we don’t want adoption fees to be a barrier to you bringing a loving cat into your heart and home. So if Clara and Theo sound like the cats for you, we ask you to nominate your own adoption fee amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount required, and all adoption fees continue to fund PetRescue’s life-saving programs that support pets and people!

Imagine starting your day with Theo, the cheeky charmer who greets you with affectionate nudges and a playful twinkle in his eye. He’s the kind of cat who brings fun into every moment, whether he’s curiously watching over your shoulder, getting involved in whatever you’re doing, or making himself comfy in your lap, demanding those all-important chin rubs.
Then there’s Clara, the gentle and quiet counterpart who balances out Theo’s lively spirit with her calm presence. Clara might take a little time to trust, but once she does, her tiny meows and tender belly rolls will melt your heart. She loves finding cosy hideaways and responds to a kind voice with sweet, rolling gestures, showing just how much she cares.
These two have a bond that’s as heartwarming as it is strong. They start their mornings together, eagerly waiting at the door for breakfast (food is a favourite for both!) before enjoying some outdoor playtime. The rest of the day is a cosy mix of napping, playing, and simply soaking up each other’s company.
Clara and Theo are easy-going and loyal—everything you could hope for in a pair of feline companions. They’re happiest in a quiet, pet-free home where they can continue to grow and thrive together.

Theo has a chipped tooth and will need ongoing monitoring to ensure optimum dental health as he may require additional dental care and x-rays in the future.
Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
