Meet Penelope and Nala, a dynamic French Bulldog duo that is inseparable. These adorable ladies are friendly, energetic, and full of love. At 3 and 1, they are still young and lively. Penelope and Nala have been vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, and wormed, which means they're all set to move into their loving new home.
We quickly learned that these girls have a great love for exploring, happily wandering around the yard. However, full fencing is essential as, despite their adventurous spirit, our little explorers are not very road-smart and need to be kept safe from traffic.
Although Penelope and Nala haven't shown that they're cat-friendly, they have absolutely adored the company of other dogs. They are incredibly child-friendly and have proven to be the ideal companions for families with young children. They absolutely epitomize the loving and gentle nature of their breed.
They are seeking a new family that can offer them a lot of love and commitment. Penelope and Nala are not just pets; they are family members who enrich life with their love, loyalty, and playfulness. They are excitedly waiting to share in your day, whether it's a lazy Sunday at home or a fun outing to the park.
And just imagine, at the end of a long day, melting into the couch with Penelope and Nala snuggling up to you, showing you their warm and loving doggy-gratitude. More than anything, Penelope and Nala seek to give and receive unconditional love. Can you envision being the lucky recipient of their affection? After all, two dogs mean twice the love, double the fun, and a whole lot of irresistible French Bulldog charm.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
