🐾 Maddi, the Kelpie X puppy, is a bundle of boundless energy and enthusiasm. Always on the go, she thrives in an active environment where her love for learning can truly shine. Maddi’s curiosity drives her to eagerly soak up new commands and tricks, making training sessions a joyful experience. Her affection for people is heartwarming; she’s always ready to shower her favorite humans with love and attention. Equally sociable with other dogs, Maddi delights in playful interactions and companionship. Her dynamic and lively nature makes her the perfect addition for a family that enjoys an active lifestyle and is ready to engage with a spirited, intelligent pup
🎓 Maddi is adjusting well to crate training and is making great strides with her basic commands, including “sit” and “wait.” She’s also handling being left alone with ease and is diligently working on her toilet training. While she’s not completely comfortable with her collar yet, she’s gradually getting used to it. Maddi is learning to walk on a lead and is proving to be a fantastic car companion. Her progress with crate training and basic manners shows that she’s on her way to becoming a well-rounded and adaptable pup.
🏠 Maddi the Kelpie pup would thrive in a dynamic and active home that can match her high energy levels and eagerness to learn. Her ideal family would be enthusiastic about engaging in regular exercise and playtime, providing plenty of mental stimulation to keep her happy and healthy. Maddi’s love for people and other dogs means she would do well in a household where she can interact frequently with both family members and furry friends. A family that enjoys training and is prepared to continue her education with positive reinforcement would be perfect for her. Medical notes
I am not yet desexed. We do not desex puppies until they are at minimum 24-weeks-of-age. All pups must be desexed by 26-weeks-of-age unless under vet advice in writing. You will need to sign a contract agreeing to desexing by the due date.
If we have a vet in the adopters area, (eg. mid north coast & northern rivers area) we offer a desexing voucher, if not then we will refund you the amount we pay our vet for desexing once the adopter sends a desexing certificate.
All our dogs/pups are microchipped, vaccinated and have received parasite prevention.

homeowners.

~Why do you think I would suit your family?
~As a working breed I will need lots of mental & physical stimulation. How to do
plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and
your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?
If initial approval given...
~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas
will be required.
~A vet reference may be required.
