About Cindy
Cindy is a beautiful, clever, well-mannered mini lady who epitomises the phrase ‘lap dog’. She loves cuddles, naps on the couch, walks and yes, definitely snuggling on your lap. She’s friendly & social and just adores people. Cindy would make a wonderful and very trustworthy therapy dog.
Cindy is a petite mini poodle girl (4kg) that has adjusted to the inside life. Of course she loves the outdoors too, but her yard needs to be dog-proofed (no gaps) or else she could easily escape. Ideally, Cindy would be happiest in a home with another small dog, as this is what she's used to as a retired mama dog. With her amazing kind temperament she would suit an older couple, individual or active family.
Cindy has a lovely grey & white non-shedding/hypoallergenic tightly curled coat (she’s like patting a merino) and would need grooming in the warmer months to keep her comfortable. She is house-trained and crate-trained for sleeping, obedient and eager to please.
Cindy is a fab size to be an active family member- super light, easy to take anywhere, no anti-social behaviours to stress about and just generally hassle free. She doesn’t require a strict or laborious exercise regime either... just out and about with you and following her people around the house or in the garden will be plenty.
She is fantastic with kids of all ages and has a lovely gentle, kind nature. Not rough, snappy, obnoxious or destructive.
All the hard work is done with Cindy and she's ready to head to a new home!
If you can offer Cindy a kind and loving home please send an enquiry through via PetRescue telling us a bit about yourself, your home and your lifestyle.
Medical notes
Cindy is in excellent health and has a had a full vet check. She is desexed and up to date with vaccinations.

Adoption details
Please express your interest by sending an email through PetRescue and tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer a dog.
We'd love to know about your family situation, including who is in your family, their work/study hours, and how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week. Additionally, please share what activities, outings, and training you can offer the dog.
If you have other pets, that's great! In most cases, we look favorably on homes with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog later (except if the dog being rehomed isn’t comfortable with other dogs). Please also let us know where the dog will sleep and if it will be welcomed inside.
We often receive many applications and work diligently to find the perfect fit for each dog. We understand that wonderful homes come in many different forms today, and we have no bias towards age, gender, culture, family structure, or whether you're an individual!
Our process of adoption involves an initial deposit with the remaining balance payable on collection of the dog. We welcome Facetime meet and greet's too and are happy to answer any queries you may have :)
