Hello, my name is Ginger and I am a 19-year-old Chestnut Thoroughbred mare. I am a retired racehorse looking for a loving retirement home where I can spend my days enjoying the company of my human companions. My friend Brownie is a 20-year-old Brown Thoroughbred mare who is also looking for a retirement/companion home. She is a retired racehorse like me and is a sweet and gentle soul. Brownie gains confidence from her handler and thrives when she has a companion to keep her company.

Both Brownie and I have recently had hoof trims, dental checks, and vet checks to ensure that we are healthy and happy. We are mature ladies who are well-behaved and easy to care for.

I, Ginger, love hanging out with my people and receiving affection. I enjoy spending time with humans and love to be pampered and spoiled. Brownie, on the other hand, is more reserved and gains confidence from having a companion by her side.
