Hello, I'm Ela. Named after the stealthy operator from Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. I grew up living on the streets; and now I’m ready to start the process of finding my forever family.

Nature
I'm a gentle soul with a shy nature, and I take my time getting used to new people and environments. But once I'm comfortable, I show my affectionate side by purring softly when you give me gentle pats.

My favorite spots are those cosy hidey holes where I can curl up and watch the world go by without being disturbed. I love the safety and comfort they bring. You might find me tucked away in a small corner or under a blanket, just enjoying the calm.

Despite my quiet demeanor, I enjoy playtime every now and then, especially with toys that let me stalk and pounce at my own pace. I also love treats, so if you have a tasty snack, it's a great way to win me over.

If you want a gentle, shy cat who appreciates a calm and quiet environment, I'm the one for you. I'd be thrilled to find a home where I can be myself and share my gentle affection with you.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I'm best suited to a home without young children, as I prefer a peaceful atmosphere. I need a home with another cat as I’ve always had feline friends and I’d be lonely without them. Dogs are okay too, provided they're calm and don't invade my hidey holes.

Likes / Dislikes
I like gentle pats, food, and quiet hidey spots. I dislike sudden movements and loud noises.

My PURR-fect home would be a mature, quiet home with kind and gentle humans who will give me lots of time to settle in and come out of my shell.

Medical Notes: Ela had her left eye removed in July 2024 due to multiple congenital defects. Due to this condition, she will need to be a strictly indoor only cat, although may have access to a secure cat enclosure.
