About Bodhi
Bodhi is a cuddly, cheeky chappy with a strong mind and independence. He loves belly rubs, snacks, making friends with all. He doesn't love being told no, but who does.... thankfully he is a fast learner and he has already mastered sit.
Being a wee little baby he still has lots to learn and would benefit from puppy classes and ongoing training so he can be a wonderful canine citizen. Bodhi is a mix of cavalier, poodle and bichon mix, so he won't grow to be a big dog, he will however have a coat that requires ongoing grooming at home and by a professional every 6-8 weeks.
MY IDEAL HOME: Bodhi is looking for a family that are home more often than not with time to continue his training. He requires daily adventures, just because he's small doesn't mean he's a couch potato! Another friendly pooch in the home wouldn't go astray but it's not essential.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Being a young puppy he requires attention and playtime before snoozing to reenergise for more play times. As he matures he will need daily walks and adventures to keep his body and mind busy.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Bodhi has been introduced to children 4+ years with amazing success very gentle and just wants to join in all the fun and games (just make sure to give him space for his nap).
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Bodhi is very keen to say hi to all other dogs of all breeds and sizes (hasn't had much playtime with others due to age/vaccination but don't foresee any issue, typical playful puppy)! Being young he'd be a great candidate for a home with a cat provided his humans could manage a postive introduction.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
