About Kovu
Say hello to Kovu, a vibrant and playful young boy with energy to spare! This lively young cat is always on the move, exploring his surroundings and getting into everything he can find. If you’re looking for a curious and adventurous companion, Kovu is the one for you.
Kovu has lots of energy and loves to play. He’s the kind of cat who will follow you around the house, keeping you company and making sure he doesn’t miss out on any action. Whether it’s chasing after toys, climbing, or just exploring every nook and cranny, Kovu is always up for an adventure.
Kovu needs a home that can provide him with plenty of attention and ways to get his energy out. He would benefit from having access to a catio or the opportunity to go for walks outdoors on a leash. This will give him a safe way to satisfy his curiosity and burn off some of his energy.
One of Kovu's most endearing traits is his love for head boops. He adores giving and receiving these affectionate nudges, making you feel loved and cherished. Kovu also loves water! He’s known to hop in the shower and enjoys drinking from running taps. His playful antics with water are sure to bring a smile to your face.
He would do well in a home with other pets who can handle his high energy and rough play. Kovu needs companions who can set boundaries and stand up for themselves, helping him learn how to play nicely. If you’re ready for a fun-loving and energetic companion who will keep you entertained and on your toes, Kovu might be the perfect addition to your family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.fosterkittensofmelbourne.org/adopt
2. The relevant foster carer will be in touch with you within a few days if they would like to progress further with your application
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
