Sable is a young adolescent male GSD who has come to us as a stray, so his history remains a mystery! Despite his unknown past, Sable has shown himself to be a sweet boy with a lot of potential. He does lack impulse control at times and tends to jump up, but his eagerness to learn and adapt is evident. Sable displays some typical breed traits, including a tendency to become easily frustrated, which can mainfest as reactivity. With consistent training, we believe he could start interacting positively with other dogs quite quickly. Sable is a high energy, high needs dog who thrives on new challenges and extended activity. He is quite soft for a Shepherd and will require a home willing to work on his reactivity and provide the structure he needs.
