I'm Cheddar and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

What I need in my new home:
• To be kept inside at all times to keep me safe from harm. If I do show interest in the outdoors a cat enclosure is another great idea.
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Toys, enrichment & mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• I can be shy at first, so I need a family who'll allow me to grow in confidence in my own time
• A family who understands that I may always be timid & shy around new people and environments
• Regular grooming so I'm always looking my best
• As I arrived at the shelter as a stray, it is not known whether I have lived with children or other animals previously. Whilst here I tend to hide when I hear the dogs bark but I may be okay with another friendly cat.

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be allowed outside where I may be hurt by cars or dogs
• Small children as they may scare me

My best features:
• Kitty litter trained
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans once I get to know you
• Quiet natured
