🐾 Personality:
Karma is such a sweet, gentle, cuddly & affectionate girl. She loves all people she meets and would lay there and let you pat her all day if she could. She loves to get all the toys out of the toy basket and put them in her bed to play with them or take them all out to the yard one by one. She has been in care with big & small dogs including puppies, she plays well with other dogs. She does bark at the odd bird in the yard but otherwise she is fine being left alone and doesn’t seem to fret.

🎓 Training:
Karma knows how to sit & shake paw, she is house trained & comes when called when around the house & yard. When it's meal time she sprints to her crate and waits patiently to be told she can eat. She sleeps all through the night in her bed on the floor. She is alert when on walks and doesn't pay you much attention but this is much improved since having more exposure of walks & ongoing training with treats. Karma is good with dogs off leash at the beach, has played well with big & small dogs including puppies. She is still working on her recall at the beach as she loves to chase the waves up & down the beach. She has shown some reactivity on lead toward other dogs (bark/growl/lunge) but this is also improved since being in care (she only seems to do this to barking/yapping dogs on lead now). She will require a home that is happy to continue her training with this. She is very food motivated, making her easy to train.

🏠 Perfect Home:
Karma loves her people and would suit a home with someone who has the time to spend with her & can include her in their everyday lives. After a slow first introduction she has fit in just fine with her furry foster sister. She would suit a home with or without another dog, she would be fine on her own as long as her humans give her plenty of attention. She enjoys at least 1 good walk/run every day to get her energy out, some play at home and then is happy to spend the rest of the day sunbathing, chewing her toys & following you around the house to keep you company. At the end of the day she loves to curl up on the couch with you for pats. She was not happy with a cat on a walk recently so may be best in a home without cats.
