About Teddy
Meet Teddy, a gentle and loving pet who's ready to spend his golden years showering his new family with affection. Acutely attuned to his human companions, Teddy quickly bonds with those around him, making him a genuine heart charmer.
Teddy cherishes time with his people above all else, preferring human company over playtime with other pets. His ideal day includes lounging on the couch, receiving head pats, and just enjoying the comforting presence of his cherished humans. He gets immense joy from simple interactions, your undivided attention being his favourite award. Despite his calm demeanor, Teddy has lived with and adores children. He's patient, kind and immensely tolerant, making him a fabulous family companion.
At his advanced years, Teddy is seeking a retirement home where he can be spoiled with love. He has a dignified gravity about him - a certain sweetness that only time can bring. His devotion and friendship will bring a calm, loving energy to any family willing to offer him a cozy lap to occupy.
Due to his age sometimes Teddy has trouble holding in his wee so his new family will need to be understanding of this.
Medical notes
Teddy has liver disease which is currently under control via a hepatic diet.
Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
