Meet Bud!

This handsome boy gained his name in foster care because he truly will become your best bud. Bud is an old soul in the body of a fluffy golden lion with black and white whiskers, and he loves a good daily brush. He has the deepest purr and fluffiest chest which always gets wet whenever he drinks from the water bowl. Bud may take a few days to start warming up to his new family, and he will get creative with his hiding spots during this time. But go find him and give him lots of pats and scratches under his chin, and he will start to come around in no time. Before you know it, Bud will be booping his head into yours and curling up with you on the couch. He is an expert at making biscuits and even has lap-cat potential! Bud doesn't mind being held for a short time (especially if it means he gets to look out a window) and loves getting pats pretty much all over. Bud is very respectful, staying off of the kitchen bench after being told no and always using cat scratch mats instead of the furniture. Bud is still a bit skittish with loud noises (motorcycles, dogs barking, loud voices outside, the vacuum), so he would benefit most from a quiet home with older children and no dogs.
