About Juliet
We were both young when I first saw you.....See you make your way through the crowd and say "Hello"...Little did I know.
It may be a Love Story but our little Juliet is ready to write the next chapter to her life, with or without our Romeo!
Romeo and Juliet are now available for adoption. Rabbits are an ideal family pet, these two are so sweet and friendly. Juliet would do well as an inside or outside rabbit as long as she is warm and gets plenty of cuddles and love. She will come right up to you for pats and treats. Her favourite treat is apple and a daily dose of greens.
These snow white, pink eyed rabbits love attention. They require a well varied diet with lots of roughage and good quality treat to keep him in pristine condition. He would love a new home environment in which to play and have access to an indoor as well as an outdoor hutch. Kids in the home would be welcomed as long as they were kind gentle and calm, just like little Juliet herself.
Hop on to BARC now to meet these cuties....
To book a meet and greet with Juliet please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
