For more than 15 months, Meeko has been patiently waiting at the shelter. We don’t know why this bright, loving boy keeps getting overlooked — because Meeko is the kind of dog who just needs a chance. A chance to show you how deeply he can bond. A chance to be someone’s shadow, adventure buddy, couch companion, and best mate.

Meeko is a smart, eager learner who already has some great skills under his belt and is always keen to learn more — especially if treats are involved. He’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on human connection, longing to be part of a loving family.

Social by nature, Meeko enjoys the company of other friendly dogs and would happily share his home with a doggy sibling. He’s also an active and curious boy who walks beautifully on lead and loves exploring the world around him.
