My name is Cassandra. My name means helper of mankind. Yet I feel my journey has just begun. My foster person says I am a gentle loving girl. In these hard times it's frightening to think I may not get a forever home. Then my foster mum comforts me and says I will be a perfect pet for the right family. All the changes we deal with are difficult - it's not just one move, it's multiple moves. Its really upsetting. Some of us take a long time but not me. I am open to new people being around me, even a dog or cat (in time) I think I would be ok with a busy family! I would love to watch the comings and goings of the family. I love playing too so people who would spend time would be fantastic The quiet times when no one is around and I can snooze on the lounge or the bed or find a sunny spot to watch and wait for my people to come home. It's a wonderful dream that I hope will come true. Is my new family you?

Adoption details
Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
