About 11027 - Ace
✨♠️ MEET ACE ♠️✨
Hello! My name is Ace, and I’m a beautiful little boy who had a tough start in life. I’ve been in foster care for almost 2 years now, so I think it’s more than time for me to find my forever humans!
Nature
I am confident in my foster home and walk around as though I own the place - smooching all over the furniture and other cats to show just how much I crave affection. However, if you try to approach me, I tend to scuttle to a safe distance. My Foster Mum can pat me when she goes slowly, especially at dinner time. I’ll let her pat me all down my back, give me ear scratches, I really love it. She says I’m going to have my “light switch” moment any day now, when I’ll become a complete smooch and won’t be scared of humans anymore!
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with a baby, who I don’t mind at all, so as long as I have my space. I wouldn’t mind the noise of children that don’t try to touch me.
A friendly, confident cat companion would be wonderful to help me come out of my shell. I currently live with other foster cats, who I follow around the house and rub all over - I wouldn’t like being alone.
I also share my space with a 50kg dog, and guess what? I’m totally unbothered! With a slow introduction, I should do well with a cat-friendly pup in my forever home.
Likes / Dislikes
I absolutely love food (especially treats!) and enjoy cosy, quiet hiding spots, cube beds and sunny windowsills are my happy places.
Right now, I’m not a fan of sudden movements or loud noises, but with time, I know I’ll become more comfortable.
My PURR-fect home would be calm and quiet, with patient humans who will give me all the time I need to feel safe and loved. A feline friend would be essential to help me keep gaining confidence. Most importantly, I must be kept indoors only to stay safe. I love the cat run though!
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats be kept indoors unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
