About Freckles
We would like to introduce you to Freckles.
When Freckles first came into rescue she was terrified of everything. She was very scared and timid and her foster family have worked hard to bring her out of her shell. But it hasn't taken her very long and we are now starting to see what a gentle and loving little girl she is.
Freckles is a quiet, gentle puppy. Whilst she loves to play with her foster fur brother and sister, she is just as happy curled up on the lounge beside you - getting pats and belly rubs. She loves to give kisses too when she can sneak one in.
All of her training is going well. She sleeps in her crate all night and her toilet training is going very well.
Her lead training is going well, but this is a work in progress for Freckles. She walks well on a lead, but gets very scared when traffic goes past or another dog comes towards her. She will need guidance and patience to teach her she is safe and doesn't need to worry.
We think that Freckles may suit a small family. We don't think she will need loads of energy and excitement every day, just a gentle walk would be sufficient. She may even suit being an only dog, as long as she isn't at home all day by herself.
Freckles is ready to find her own family who will help her to build her confidence and let her know that she is safe. Could she be the one for you?
