Meet Ripley, a charming 7-year-old Maltese Terrier who's likely to steal your heart with his sweet personality and playful spirit. Weighing in at 10kg, this boy is the perfect size to join you on all your activities, from couch cuddles to jaunts around the park.
Ripley has a love for life that's truly infectious. As a Maltese Terrier, he's naturally friendly and social, making him an excellent companion for any family. Whether he's meeting new friends at the park, making friends with the neighbourhood cats, or showering children with love, Ripley knows how to fit right in.
He's also a robust, healthy pup. Ripley is fully updated on his vaccinations, has been microchipped, and is desexed. He's regularly wormed as well, ensuring he's in the best of health to join your family.
One of Ripley's best traits is his adaptability. He's the kind of dog who finds joy in whatever he's doing, as long as he's doing it with you. However, despite his friendly nature, he does require a standard fence to keep his adventurous spirit safely contained.
He would do well as a solo pet as he doesn’t crave the attention of other K9s.
Ripley is seeking a loving and active family who can return all the love and warmth he's ready to provide. With him by your side, every day will be an adventure full of joy and happiness. Why not open your home to this charming Maltese Terrier and find out just how much light and love a dog can bring into your life?

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
