Colby

Colby is a pup with a heart of gold. He is incredibly dedicated and loyal to his loved ones and wants nothing more than to be included. He is disinterested in strangers to begin with but once he knows someone well will happily come over with bum wiggles. If he is overwhelmed meeting new people or if he just wants a break he takes himself to his crate to relax, having a crate would be extremely helpful for him and his adjustment.
Colby enjoys both the outdoors and indoors but loves to stretch his legs for a good zoomie session, he would thrive in a home that enjoys the outdoors but also likes to snuggle up inside. He is extremely affectionate and would love someone who appreciates this. He knows how to sit and wait for his food, lie down, walk on a leash, be relaxed in the car, is calm when nails are trimmed and he is crate trained. He is very polite toward people but due to his age he is still be quite mouthy when excited which will need to continue to be worked on, he does however respond very well to a firm and calm no. He hasn't shown any aggression to dogs or cats although he still tries to play with cats and will continue to need guidance when around feline friends. He is quick to learn, has boat loads of love to give and has been an absolute pleasure to have for his foster family.

Likes: banana!, watermelon, blueberries (definitely a fan of fruit), enrichment toys such as kongs and lickmats, heaps of snuggles, toys of all varieties, the heater when it's cold and jackets for his short coat, dental chews and treats that last awhile, car rides and especially his people.

Dislikes: not much at all however he isn't a fan of the cold and being alone for long periods.
