About Flopsy
Poor Flopsy has had a tough time, but he is ready to find his happy place.
Rescued from a pound, with a raft of health issues, Flopsy has endured a number of surgeries and medical interventions and after months of recovery, he is finally ready to start his new life.
Flopsy came into our care with badly infected ears, had ulcers on both eyes and struggled for breath due to an enlarged soft palate. After an initial surgery, his breathing improved but he still had difficulty, so a second surgery was performed.
Despite his pain and suffering, Flopsy has been the pawfect patient. He has thrived in his foster home, and he has never been grumpy or put a foot wrong. This guy is SPECIAL!
Known to some as “Mr Plod” Flopsy is a calm and gentle guy but his whole demeanour changes and he comes to life when it comes to food! He loves his tucker!
Flopsy is both cat and dog friendly and he absolutely loves kids. He is an absolute love bug and he deserves the very best of homes.
Flopsy is great in the car and would make a great travel buddy. He is good on lead and would make a great grey nomads dog!
Like many of his breed, Flopsy still snores a bit when he sleeps. He may have some issues with “dry eye” and will possibly need lubricating drops to help keep his eyes in great shape. His new family need to be aware of and able to afford this as part of his ongoing care.
Flopsy is an amazing little guy and he will bring so much love to his new humans. He is a wonderful companion and he has so much love to give.
Are you the person to give Flopsy the wonderful life that he deserves?
