Hi there, my name is Ebony, it's so lovely to meet you!

I am a sweet girl looking for a home with an experienced owner, one who has had doggos before and are savvy in reading dog body language. I am an active girl looking for someone who will take me on long sniffy walks and allow me inside your home where our bond will grow. I can become uncomfortable with lots of handling and would need a home with more mature humans, those over 12 years, who can understand this and will give me space when I need it.

If you have another dog at home, please bring them to meet me! I can be a little picky with my friends, sometimes I love to play dependent on your dogs energy, other times I like to be left alone. I don't tend to tolerate the dogs that are all up in my face constantly. If I am your only dog, that's perfectly fine too. I have had social walks with dogs during my time in shelter, and this could be the case after I settle into a home. Those busy places you call dog parks would be a bit too overwhelming for me as there's usually lots of different dogs, all these busy people, and a lack of choice for me as to whether I can move away if I'm not feeling it.

I am quite content when having access to outside, I simply love to run and play, so I am best suited to a home with a yard or outdoor access.
