Claudia is a beautiful one-year-old tortoiseshell cat with a heart of gold. This lovely-natured feline has spent the past few months raising four adorable kittens all by herself, proving to be an exceptional mother. Found in an industrial estate, pregnant and hungry, Claudia's journey to a loving home has been one of resilience and strength. Now that her kittens are two months old and ready to find their own homes, Claudia is ready to find a peaceful and loving home where she can relax and be cherished.

Claudia’s foster mum has thoroughly enjoyed watching her nurture her babies. It’s been a joy to see Claudia's gentle and loving nature as she cares for her kittens; Jet, Kyle, Misstachio, Floof & her non-biological kitten, Toulouse. After feeding her little ones, Claudia loves to spend quiet moments with her foster mum, enjoying the companionship and affection she so richly deserves. With her foster mum's patient care, Claudia has been coming out of her shell nicely, becoming more confident and comfortable each day.

Claudia's nurturing spirit is matched only by her affectionate and gentle nature. She deserves a quiet and serene environment where she can unwind and enjoy the companionship of a caring human. Claudia would thrive best in a home without young children, as she has done her part raising her own little ones and is ready for some well-deserved tranquility. While Claudia loves spending time with her humans, she doesn’t enjoy being picked up much and prefers to come to you on her own terms. Additionally, Claudia does not get along well with dogs, so a dog-free home would be ideal for her.

Claudia is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW. Adoption fee is $150 which includes first vaccination, microchipping and desexing. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She’ll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing.
