All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Hello, my name is Myrtle. I’m a super sweet and loving girl who is on the hunt for her forever home.
I’m a big smoocher, head butts and kisses are a favourite of mine and I’ve got the sweetest little purr to go along with my affection.
When I’m not snuggling up to my foster mum or foster siblings, I love to play and climb. I’m a pretty typical kitten.
My Ideal Home:
An indoor only home is essential.
My ideal home is on the quieter side, I’d love a home with somewhere to lounge in the sun when I can’t be with my family.
What is Known About My Background:
We don’t know anything about my background.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I’m cat friendly and enjoy playing with my foster siblings
I’ve learnt to like the dogs in my foster home (but it took me almost 2 weeks to warm up to them, so if you have dogs, they need to be cat confident so I’ll be able to trust them quicker).
I’m fine with kids, when they are a bit too loud I just move to a safe spot out of arms reach.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
