About Genie 🧞
🐾💗🐾 SE QLD - Hi, my name is Genie. I'm a four year old Frenchie that loves people!
If you are on the couch, I expect to be in your lap. If you are lying down, I expect to be the little spoon. If you sit outside, I still expect to be in your lap! But if you tell me no, I will wait patiently next to you until I can be in your lap again.
One of my favourite places is the local pub, because I get all the pats and attention from everyone! If someone hasn't given me pats and scratches, I'll stare at them until they give in and use those human fingers to scratch my ears.
I don't really understand human words and I also don't attempt to talk back. I only know that when a human puts things on their feet, it means I get to go outside and walk and sniff things. Which I love doing! I'm really good at walking next to a human through the city and the park.
I get very excited about meeting other dogs, I'll whine at them until they let me chase them around and we will both tangle up the humans. It's a very fun game!
Another game I love is tug of war, it's the best! I have my favourite soft toys that I love to hold on to and run around with. I even enjoy fetch, but I might make you chase me to get the ball back. It's more fun that way!
I've been staying in an apartment with two humans alone. I prefer it that way because I get all the attention. We go out each morning and night so I can wee in some garden beds downstairs. I always make sure to clean my feet on the grass before going back inside to lay on the couch again. As I just love to be cuddled and I love to sleep!
I can't wait to find my forever people/person, I'm hoping it's in a place where I can be the centre of attention and get lots and lots of cuddles!
Genie would be best suited as an only dog. Not tested with Cats.
