Max is gorgeous young man looking for a home to call his own. We saved Max from the pound and was told he was dumped there by his original owner. At only 9 months old he was never even given a chance. But Max has come so far and is now ready to take the next step in his journey. Described as a wannabe lap dog this adorable love bug will have you charmed the moment you meet him.
As max is still just a young guy he will need a family that is committed to ongoing training. But good news is max is highly food motivated and has been fostered by a dog trainer who has been on top of his training.
Max is still learning how to be comfortable in a crate but has come leaps and bounds and now sleeps at night in one.
We believe max will do well in a household with an older, confident and assertive dog who can show him the ropes.
Max would best suit a home with older children and a family that is active to keep up with his puppy energy.
