Nutmeg

Meet the beautiful Nutmeg. Nutmeg has been on quite a journey being in foster for a long time recovering from Ringworm. With lots of love and TLC, she is now ready and excited to go to her forever home. To begin with, Nutmeg was quite shy and liked to be kept to herself but with time and attention, she now loves nothing more than sitting next to you and cozying up for a long nap.

She absolutely adored her foster brothers and would really benefit from going to a home with another resident cat as we know that after some time they will become best friends.

She would also benefit from a home with secondary-aged children and above as she still has some confidence-building to do and we think that would be achieved best with a family with older children.

She also loves nice long stretches on her scratching post and loves playing with toys and doing zoomies around the house with her foster brothers.

Nutmeg is such a gem and a gentle soul who would make any person feel very happy and loved. Please come down to our North Melbourne shelter to visit Nutmeg and consider giving her a home and all the love and attention she deserves after everything she has been through.

She has been an absolute pleasure to foster and I know she will make her new home feel very special and loved.
