Meet Jayco a gorgeous American Staffy who is looking for a new family who will adore him as much as his original family did.

Jayco loves everyone and those who have met him all comment on what a beautiful boy he is.

He is not destructive and has been left alone for over 7 hours with no damage. Looks like he chills out on the couch or his bed in front of the window in the sun (or in front of the split system).

His new owners will need to find a toy or activity which he will enjoy, so far toys, balls and stuffed Kong don’t seem to thrill him. Though a squeaky ball held his attention for a while as did some cardboard to rip up.

He loves walks and while he can be stubborn when there’s a smell that needs investigating or a dog that might like to play, he’s otherwise getting better day by day on the halti although he is still strong on it.

If you go for a drive, he’ll be your best mate as that’s the best treat ever.

The reward is having a cuddly snuggling chunky boy who will happily sit and watch any tv program you want to see and will participate if it’s a dog program with sound.

He’s toilet trained, crate trained and sleeps through the night on the couch (though will go to his bed when told) with the door shut. He makes sure he empties himself on the last trip to the garden at ‘beddibye time’.

He is not fazed by traffic noise or the sound of trains nearby.
