About Rayn
Meet Ryan,
Rayn is an affectionate, playful & loving little girl. She is gentle, friendly, and quite outgoing.
Rayn is also the only cat we have that owns her own bakery business!
She will purr & make biscuits to show you how content she is. There is never a short supply of biscuits where Rayn is involved.
She loves to engage with you & soak all off the love that you have on offer. She is our little love sponge.
Rayn is suitable for first timers or experienced cat owners and thanks to her super easy-going nature she is also fine to live in any household in environment, whether the home be loud & busy or calm & quiet.
Rayn is open to meet kids of any age and would be an excellent four-legged friend to your tiny tots. Rayn loves to be picked up, cuddled & carried around & will instantly start making biscuits from the moment she sees you. We can confirm that the bakery is in full swing, and the biscuits will be made either in the air, on the bed, even on your shoulder as you carry her around.
From her head to her toes is where she loves to be petted, and did we mention that she will also be making biscuits?!
We are unsure how Rayn would fair living with or meeting dogs. It is hard for us in this environment to test. So, this would be up the discretion of her new owners.
However, we feel that Rayn would be able to co-exist and make cat friends in no time providing that the introduction is slow so that she can get used to her new home & any new feline friends.
We always encourage cats to be indoor cats. While Rayn may be able to handle the outside world it will increase her chances of running away, getting lost, injured, or worse. As an inside only cat she can be safe & sound & live her best life.
Rayn has medium energy levels as you may see her gently batting around a toy or pawing at something that’s being dangled in front of her. She shows some interest in toys but as yet has not decided on a favourite. She definitely prefer human interaction/attention if she were to choose between a toy & a pat.
Rayn is mostly quiet (apart from her purring), but you may hear her chirping at you, or another cat, sometimes.
Rayn isn’t fussy with food; she appears to love everything that is offered to her.
Rayan is also as clean as can be as she always uses her litter tray.
Staff Comments: Rayn works double time at the bakery pulling 6 shifts a week so get these biscuit orders out. She is just a super sweet, loving little cat.

With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
So please keep in touch with us after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
