Bonnie - 2 Year Old Kelpie X

Bonnie is a beautiful 2-year-old female Kelpie mix with a friendly face that radiates her loving nature.

This happy girl has a zest for life and adores her people. She's always ready for any adventure that comes her way!

Bonnie is a friend to everyone she meets. However, she doesn’t quite realise her own size, so she’s better suited to a home with older children and dogs of a similar size.

She would love to have a furry playmate in her forever home. Bonnie adores her foster fur sibling, spending much of her day playing together. She also loves to play fetch and enjoys her squeaky toys.

With her Kelpie streak, Bonnie needs regular exercise and mental stimulation to keep her busy mind and body out of mischief. She’d thrive in an active family that includes her in all their adventures. Bonnie looks forward to her daily walks, and at the end of the day, there’s nothing she loves more than snuggling up by your side.

Since coming into foster care, Bonnie hasn’t spent much time alone. Because of this, she’d do best in a household where someone is home most of the time and can involve her in their day-to-day life.

Bonnie is food-motivated and eager to please, which makes training a rewarding experience. She already knows basic commands like sit, lay down, stay, and shake, and she would continue to flourish with someone willing to keep working with her. She will sleep in her own bed, although would prefer yours, travels well in the car, and is toilet trained using a dog door

Bonnie is in foster care in Maitland, NSW. She is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped. Adoption fee is $500.
