About Marley
Meet Marley! This sassy little girl can’t wait to find the right family for her. Marley thrives on companionship and needs her humans around her, so would best suit a home where she is predominately inside with her family, with minimal time apart (someone that works from home or active retirees would be an ideal home for Marley). She is very playful and loves to chase other dogs (and snuggle up with them for a rest) but would probably prefer to be an only dog, with lots of outings and play dates. She is small and easily hurt so would suit a home with older, or no children (and no large pets). Marley can be shy in new environments and would be suited to a home on the quite side as the can get scared with loud noises. When Marley arrived at her foster mum’s she was having toilet accidents inside the home, however since settling (and with persistent encouragement) has only had the odd accident. Marley will require a family that is happy to continue working with, and training, her. Marley does have bowed back legs but she doesn’t let that stop her. She chases her foster siblings around the yard. She has been vet checked and there are no issues, with only preventative care required. Marley deserves a home where her family understand her needs and are able to dedicate the time and effort into her. In return you will have the most loyal and loving little companion, that loves to be included in the middle of whatever the family is doing. We recommend you have a chat as a family and a think, make sure everyone is on board and happy with the choice to add the animal to your family.
Contact the team to advise your decision either way....if this one isn't the right fit we will work with you to try and find the best match.
If this is the one, we can start the adoption process. Complete the application to adopt and promptly return the application. A home/yard check may be required by one of our team members, if this is not possible photos showing fenced and undercover areas will be required. Once application is approved, you will be invoiced. Pay the adoption fees via electronic transfer, send proof of payment to admin.
We will advise the you and foster carer the animal is clear to leave and you can arrange collection of your newest family member.
*We do have a "cooling off" period please see these terms on adoption application form.
Please note; We do offer interstate adoptions where suitable for the animal in care. All transport costs are at the adopters expense. However we will, where possible, assist with airport transfers. In liu of a meet and greet interstate adopters must have a phone interview/conversation with the foster carer. Yard/Home photos will be required with all interstate applications.
