About Moddi
We at Home2Home believe everyone deserves the joy that cat guardianship brings! We love seeing wonderful cats matched with loving adopters, and we don’t want adoption fees to be a barrier to you bringing a loving cat into your heart and home. So if Moddi sounds like the cat for you, we ask you to nominate your own adoption fee amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount required, and all adoption fees continue to fund PetRescue’s life-saving programs that support pets and people!
Are you someone who enjoys quiet moments and cosy cuddles? Well, I’m Moddi, a friendly little cuddle bug on the lookout for a new home with someone just like you. If you love lounging on the couch and need a study buddy to keep you company while you work, we might just be a match made in cat heaven!
Picture this: my day starts with a cheerful, demanding meow for my morning biscuits—because breakfast is serious business. After that, I’m all about basking in the sun on the couch, soaking up the warmth and good vibes. Lunchtime means it’s my time to shine—I’ll perch on your desk, giving you gentle, loving bops with my paw until you can’t help but give me some attention. If you’re up for a little excitement, watch out for my playful zoomies down the hallway, a burst of joy that’s always good for a giggle.
And here’s where it gets even cuter: you might find me curled up in the sink, which is one of my quirky spots for a nap. As evening rolls around, I’ll serenade you with my calls for dinner, and I’ll finish the day with the coziest cuddle before bed—my favourite part of the day!
I’m a sensitive soul who’s very in tune with my humans. I’ll purr and knead with my little feet when I’m happy, and I’m quite the vocal old lady when I want to show my love. If you’re feeling down, I’ll be there with a comforting head bump.
I’m an indoor-only kind of gal and would thrive with someone who is home more often than not. A calm, loving household is just what I need.

Medical notes
As a sensitive soul, Moddi currently receives Clomicalm medication to help her live a relaxed and happy life. The medication is easily mixed into her wet food every other day and costs approximately $3.15 per week

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link) and assists us in continuing to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Home2Home currently operates a pay-what-you-can system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose the adoption fee amount that is most suitable for their situation
Following adoption - change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
