About Bruno
Meet Bruno: The Adorable Corgi x Labrador
Bruno is a 6-month-old Corgi x Labrador mix with an irresistibly cute charm and a playful spirit. This interesting mix brings together two very smart breeds, making Bruno not only adorable but also highly trainable. His playful nature shines when he's surrounded by toys, and he loves nothing more than to engage in fun games.
Bruno is a social butterfly who adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine companion. His affectionate nature makes him an ideal inside dog, where he can spend quality time hanging out with his family and soaking up all the cuddles he can get.
At just 6 months old, Bruno is a blank canvas, perfect for someone interested in dog training. With his intelligence and eagerness to please, he's ready to learn and grow alongside a loving family. Bruno also loves to explore and go out and about, seeing the world and experiencing new adventures. He's great with kids who are comfortable around young dogs.
If you're looking for a delightful, playful, and smart companion, Bruno is the perfect addition to your home!
To book a meet and greet with Bruno please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
