Hi there, My name is Vera 🥰

I'm on the hunt for my forever home 🏡

I am a good girl who just LOVES to be with my humans. I have a lovely temperament and just love a good cuddle and tummy rub. I am not keen on being left alone but have learnt that a few hours in my crate for a rest is the safest space for me when this is necessary.

I would love a home where I can go almost everywhere with you. Outings and adventures would be amazing with my family.

My foster mum said I would require a very active home as I love to run and play, and a daily walk and playtime in the yard together is essential. I will gladly help you be a fit, active human 🤩

I am still learning my best manners when going on my walks and can be quite a strong girl on the lead, if I say so myself, so a halti or a stop pull harness would be best for me. I know all about toileting outside and sleep all night in my crate with a nice soft blanket.

Given my breed (whatever that means 😉), my foster mum says I will not be suitable around other small animals (cats, rabbits, birds etc) as I have very high prey drive and can't help but chase all things small. I do not like to share my space with other female dogs either but with gentle introductions I may like a male dog for a friend.

My foster mum calls me" Houdini" as I am very clever, and I have mastered the art of opening gates... and 5ft fences are a breeze to jump..weeeeeeee I'm out 🤭
I'm such a talented girl that I have also mastered the art of digging out under fences (the soil was very sandy where I did this).

So my new home must have high fencing and dog proof gate latches to keep me safe!
