About Oscar
Meet Oscar, a delightful Maltese x poodle blend who's eager to share his love with a caring family.
This friendly companion has a unique personality that lights up each day.
Oscar is a calm and accepting friend who navigates the world with heartening bravery. Gentle as he is, he does have cataracts, but he won't let that hinder his zest for life.
He still sees perfectly fine most of the time, just make sure to let him know when you're about to pet him, so he doesn't get startled.
Despite this small hurdle, Oscar's enthusiasm for socializing remains untouched.
He thoroughly enjoys the company of other dogs and relishes the occasional wagging tail around the house.
Oscar also has a soft spot for toys, getting much joy from playtime and making it a great bonding activity for his new family.
Though he would be best suited for adults who understand his small sight handicap, he is very loving and enjoys company.
He needs be be muzzled for nail cutting and grooming.
And he needs someone to hide him and set boundaries as this has never happened.
His affectionate nature and eagerness to please are infectious, making it a pleasure to have him around.
Oscar also loves going for walks, which are beneficial for him in multiple ways. Is he quiet reactive on the lead- which needs some training.
Not only are they a joy, but they also help him maintain a healthy weight and stay fit.
These walks serve as an adventurous exploration time for him too!
So, if you're looking for an amiable companion who loves toys, enjoys the company of other dogs, and adores walking adventures, Oscar could be your perfect match.
