Zara

This adorable youngster is Zara, a cute-as-a-button Foxy x Kelpie born 27th September 2023.

Little Zara had been abandoned and came to us via the pound. Because of this, she can take a while to warm up to new situations.

Once comfortable, Zara has shown that she loves affection from her foster family and happily takes all the pats and cuddles she can get.

Zara plays well with other dogs, and has been learning her leash manners. She has a great appetite which comes in handy when she’s practising her recall.

Zara’s new home will ideally be with someone who is home more often than not and can provide abundant physical and mental stimulation for this energetic youngster.

Since being in care, Zara has greatly enjoyed unfettered access to her foster mum’s home and the human companionship that offers, so we’d like that to continue at her new home.

As always, secure fencing is essential and it needs to be high 'cos this girl may be petite, but she sure can jump.
