On Hold
About Midnight
Hi I’m Midnight and my foster mum says that i am a gorgeous girl waiting for her furever home.
I am a 4 year and 7 month old French Bulldog
I have come into care after retiring from breeding and my foster mum says that i am just divine with a little bit of energy and a bit of sass.
I have had my vet work done, including my BOAS surgery but I still do manage to give out a good snore from time to time!
I have been a mum before and my foster mum says that is obvious when one of the kids is sick or another dog needs quiet time - I love to mother other dogs and get along with everyone.
I am not crazy with my energy I’m just happy to do things – especially if your doing things I will be there! I love to run around the pool while the kids swim but I'm best to stay out of the water - I tend to sink not swim!
I do love to have a play with the other frenchies here (play, wrestle mania = same, same)
I am kid friendly and other dog friendly. I have been around a cat - i just tried to make him my friend and maybe chase him once or twice.……….. oops sorry about that!
I do live with chooks that are behind a fenced area but I love to run around that and patrol that area as well – birds / chooks etc are probably just a no for me to live with.
My foster mum says I am one of those frenchies that is just crazy fun – I love to cut laps around the yard and do zoomies – another fun game is if I’m inside is to play ground is ‘lava’ – I love to jump from one couch to another playing and wrestling.
My foster mum says while I do give great cuddles and can snooze I am busy so please don’t apply if you want a lap dog 24/7 – but if you do want a social girl who will hang out with you outside and do things with – that’s me!!!
I am great with kids – and if they love to play, wrestle, and run around – I’ll join in!
Now your pretty thinking I’m just a party girl – I’m not when I’m tired – I crash hard and love to curl up at your feet on the lounge for a snooze.
I am crate trained and I am toilet trained – the whole package I say!
So if you’re looking for a long time fun friend who will happily join in any family fun activity and be your ride or die friend – apply now!+

Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now
Please note - We don't take calls on adoption enquiries - an application must be completed

Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
