About Boots
Meet Boots, an adorable pup who is looking for a loving forever home where he can receive the round-the-clock care and affection he deserves. Having been separated from his mother and siblings too early, Boots thrives on companionship and gentle guidance. His curiosity knows no bounds, often leading him into playful mischief that melts your heart. However, offer him a chew toy, and he transforms into a content little explorer, happily channeling his energy.
Boots's daily routine revolves around joyous playtimes, cozy cuddles, and indulgent naps, with his favorite spot being nestled on a welcoming lap or shoulder. His affectionate nature and unwavering loyalty make him a perfect companion for someone who appreciates his loving demeanour and eagerness to discover the world around him. What Boot is, is indeed a mystery... we can tell you his mum was a small terrier type dog but dad is unknown. We expect he will be small to medium in size.

MY IDEAL HOME: A home with someone who can provide him with consistent care and love would be beneficial. An environment where he can continue to explore and learn. A family or individual who can offer him lots of playtime, cuddles, and a comfortable spot to nap would be perfect for Boots. He will need to be enrolled in puppy school so he can learn to properly socialise and add some important skills to his repertoire.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Level 0 then level 100 repeated throughout the day.
He's a puppy and the world excites him!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: We think boots would suit a household that has children, he is an energetic young boy who would love to run around and get silly.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Boot's has been really good with other dogs, however he is a puppy and some dogs find his puppy antics a bit much however a tolerant, dog with puppy experience might be the perfect match. He would be okay to live with cats with some initial management.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
