Meet Everest!!

This little mountaineer has come a long way since entering the shelter going from a frightened cat who was terrified of people to a beautiful young lady who is getting braver and braver by the day. Everest has conquered every peek she can hear at the shelter and is now on the hunt for a home where she can ascend to even greater heights.

Everest loves to sit atop and watch the humans go about their day, eagerly awaiting any tasty snacks that may come her way. Everest is still a little weary of new people and isn't 100% sure about this whole touching thing, but given time she will no doubt come out of her shell and blossom into the cat she was always meant to be. Whilst at the shelter Everest has befriended other cats and has found having another cat around really helps her confidence.

Everest would be suited to living in a calm, quiet home where she can take her time to feel safe. Although she can be shy she would most likely be happy living with older cat savvy kids and maybe even a calm dog.
