About Lola - 15 Month Old Cavoodle (Trial)
My name is Lola and I may be one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. I haven’t had the easiest start to life and I’m looking for a family that has lots of patience and love.
I can be spooked by loud noises and sudden movements and may also bark when I’m fearful. My foster family have helped build my confidence so I’m improving!
I’m looking for a family who will provide enrichment, daily walks once I’ve settled in and ongoing training. I’ve learnt to use the doggie door and my toilet training is going really well as long as I have access to outside. I travel well in the car in my carrier. In my ideal home, patience and understanding are key.
I would love a family with a friendly dog to guide me. I’m okay with cats and older children and would love a small yard to explore. I also love cuddle time!
It'll take some time and effort from your side to truly connect with me, but trust me, it'll be worth it.
My ideal home will consist of:
🐾 a calm household & friendly dog who can guide me
🐾 some experience with timid and fearful dogs would be great
🐾 ongoing positive reinforcement training to help me be my best dog
🐾 fresh food / raw feeding – am thriving on this and would love to continue
🐾 as a poodle mix, I have a lovely non-shedding coat, and will require grooming every 6-8 weeks
🐾 slow exposure to learn that the world is not scary as well as LOTS OF LOVE AND PATIENCE

If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.

(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
