About Raikoo
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
When I first arrived at my foster mums, I was a little more independent than my three siblings. I would happily play and loved pats, but tended to sit in the back ground and let my brothers seek all the attention.
I am getting more affectionate as I get older - happily sleeping on the bed snuggled up with my siblings - even getting cuddles from the dog. I do tend to gravitate to hanging out with my siblings other than looking for human company - but my foster mum is certain that once I'm in a new home and don't have the other kittens to hang out with, I will seek attention and comfort from my humans.
I'm not super needy, I will seek attention when I want it and sometimes I'll curl up on the couch with my foster mum. I am happy for you to come and love me whenever you like! I'm not at all skittish - I love to toss a ball around or chase the laser pointer.
My Ideal Home:
I'm pretty much bomb proof and would suit any home. I love company, so a busy house is fine - I'm pretty self sufficient so having to spend part of the day home alone would be ok. I'd happily live in a quiet space with retired people or a young couple.
I do get along with all the other animals in my foster home and am always snuggled up with my siblings, so another furry friend for company when no-one is home would be nice, but not absolutely essential.
What is Known About My Background:
I came into the pound with my 3 siblings at quite a young age. We are all well socialised and healthy.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
As I said before, I'm pretty much bomb proof. Gentle enough for kids of all ages - if they annoy me I'll just take myself to a high hiding place for some time out. I'll happily chase a toy and interact with anyone. Strangers don't bother me.
I am extremely social with kittens, adult cats and both small and large dogs. I'll sleep on the bed with everyone - always respecting the older animals and giving them space.
