About Kiba
Finally, it’s time to introduce you to introduce you to Kiba, our magnificent 2-year-old German Shepherd boy.
Kiba has had a terrible start to his life and before joining our village was starved and malnourished.
However, he is such a trusting and forgiving dog who has just thrived with good old-fashioned love, attention, and a whole heap of food.
The Kiba you will see today is a playful and energetic fur companion who's keen on finding a loving family.
He is a jovial, good-natured pup with a well-tempered personality.
Naturally friendly by nature, and integrates well with other dogs, even when they bark during a stroll.
He makes a fantastic running partner, and once he shakes off his initial sprint energy, he's more than content to trot along at your pace.
With Kiba, your running routine will have a new and delightful dimension.
His curiosity for this exciting new world is infectious.
He loves to explore, especially during beach outings, and has a newfound love of the ocean.
He also has a fascination with bushes and can spend hours cruising around the garden.
This only cements our belief that Kiba would thrive in a home that has a good backyard and where trips to the beach are on offer.
He's energetic to the core and always ready for the next adventure.
His love for car rides further enhances his travel companion persona.
At the end of the day, Kiba likes to wind down with a good round of cuddles and petting, he so enjoys human attention and interaction.
However, he's a bit famous for his destruction of soft, fluffy beds when left alone.
You might want to opt for a more durable pet bed, as Kiba is known to turn a plush pillow into a flurry of feathers in record time.
Kiba's mantra seems to be "Can eat, will eat", enjoying all sorts of doggy delicacies and treats.
His impressive bark will certainly deter unwanted visitors, but it's seldom used excessively or without reason.
He is also good with kids of all ages, making him a great choice for families but he is a big strong dog so maybe older children are best
In a nutshell, if you're seeking a friendly, playful, and high-energy friend who loves exercise, outdoor adventures and provides excellent companionship, look no further than Kiba.
He is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and is up to date with his flea / worm treatments.
Kiba is in foster care at Strathpine and his adoption fee is $695
If you are interested in meeting Kiba, please send us a detailed message telling us all about yourself and the amazing life he could share with you.
