About Potato
Meet Potato, the sweet tabby boy with an upside-down smile who's known and loved for his uniquely charming personality. At just a year old, he's a delightful blend of playful kitten spirit and kindly regal cat. He's an adorable, quiet-tempered king with a sprinkling of shyness, excited to find a new family to love.
It took Potato a little while to settle in initially, but once he gained his confidence, it became "Potato's world." This boy adores being the main act, and his heartwarming disposition will leave you smitten in no time. As the days pass, he continues to grow more affectionate, liking nothing better than snuggling up to his humans at night.
Potato, our chatty Chappy, is well known for his enthusiastic meows around mealtimes. After all, which king doesn't demand his meals be served promptly? He's also the first one to greet anyone coming home, standing eagerly by the door, ready to welcome you into his kingdom.
Besides his charming quirks, Potato is remarkably tidy. Despite his royal status, Potato doesn't shy away from showers, in fact, he rather enjoys them. He is excellently house trained, making him an easy-going and low-maintenance companion.
His favourite pastimes include napping under a warm sunbeam, chasing after his toys, or simply curling up with you for a cozy evening. If you're looking for a lovable, exuberant companion with a heart full of love to give, Potato might be the perfect match for your family. Potato loves his buddy Muffin and would love finding a forever home with him!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.fosterkittensofmelbourne.org/adopt
2. The relevant foster carer will be in touch with you within a few days if they would like to progress further with your application
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
